About The Bom

Spread the love

As the developer of ‘The Bom’, I’d like to take the time to thank you for your interest in our services. An Art Teacher, by profession, I was raised by two practicing Artists.  Almost 30 years ago now, my Mom passed away as the result of her 6 year long fight against lung cancer.  As we watched her take her last breaths, we vowed to use our blessings for the betterment of our larger communities.  That’s when my traveling hands-on art education business was born. We like to say that we ‘Deliver the creative process’ as we take fun, interesting & interactive art activities to centers for people with disabilities, group homes, senior centers, schools, nursing homes, weddings, etc.  Over the years, we’ve continued to add a wide variety of activities to our services, including our wildly popular Chocolate Truffle Making Party.

Today, we call ourselves ‘The Bom’.  ‘We bring the party to you’, continuing to ‘Deliver the creative process’! We offer a wide variety of experiences (parties, workshops, classes) for your enjoyment. These include Wine Glass Painting, Fresh Flower Arranging, Dog Treat Making, our ‘Paint like a Master’ series (Matisse, Van Gogh, Kusama, Pollock, O’Keeffe, etc.), Photocoloring, Chocolate Stiletto Decorating, etc., etc., the sky’s the limit!

During our Chocolate Truffle Making Parties, we teach you how to make chocolate truffles. We use chocolate and liquor (or juice, soda, etc.) as the media which make delicious chocolate truffles & one of our most popular experiences, enjoyed by all!

A very special thank you to all who attend our parties!  Besides our parties being so much fun, the funds brought in by them also help us to purchase art supplies for and to continue teaching our art classes for our extraordinary Art Students in Institutional Living Facilities (group homes, nursing homes, centers for people with disabilities, etc.)!

Thank you so much!  I continue to be humbled by and sincerely grateful for your kindness!
